Refund Policy

All gift cards and services received at Wholesum Clinic are non-transferable and non-refundable. All sales are final.  If you believe you were mistakenly charged for a service you did not receive, please contact our office, and we will promptly address any discrepancies.

Wholesum Clinic is not liable for lost or stolen gift cards.

Appointment Confirmation and Reminders

Wholesum Clinic does not provide confirmation or reminder calls for appointments. Our auto email service is offered as a courtesy. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered contact information, emails sent to spam folders, or email delivery issues.

Cancellation Policy

We respect your time please respect ours. 

If you need to cancel an appointment, please call us at 805.295.6033. Please note that appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to the following policies:​

• 1st Late cancellation or no-show: No fee.  You'll receive a get out of jail card.

• 2nd Late cancellation or no-show: 100% fee of the original appointment price.

• 3rd no-show: We will ask that you find another provider.

Groupon Policy

Groupons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged up to the full amount of the Groupon paid amount. Please be aware of your Groupon's expiration date, as appointments booked after the expiration date may be subject to regular rates.

Tardiness

Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot be extended to accommodate late arrivals. Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Sickness

If you are experiencing symptoms of an infectious or contagious illness, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible. If cancellation is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.

Rates

We believe everyone should have access to exceptional Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork.  This is why we have different tiers of fees based on experience and demand.

Apprentice, Journeyman, and Master Massage Therapists.  Most Spas and clinics will not tell you that their Therapists are new to the field, we will.   

All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased for use at Wholesum Clinic never expire!  Gift cards for services are subject to periodic rate changes. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced gift cards.

Special Promotions & Discounts

Wholesum Clinic reserves the right to restrict and limit eligibility to special promotions. Terms and conditions apply to all discounts and promotions.

Referral Program

Referral patients must be new patients to be eligible. Discounts expire 30 days from the referral visit and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

 

Memberships

Wholesum Clinic memberships are month-to-month and may be canceled at any time with 5 days' notice prior to the next billing date after a 3 month commitment.

 

Any unused Auto-Pays (monthly billed massages) will not expire, they rollover.  

 

All services at Wholesum Clinic are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be converted to a gift card.
